Fall is in full swing and it's a great time to enjoy warm foods and the company of your sorority sisters.  A great way to spice up some time together is by making a homemade, delicious pumpkin-inspired dish.  Here are some of my favorite (and easy to make!) pumpkin dishes for the fall.

PUMPKIN PIE
The traditional pumpkin pie is so much easier to make than you'd think!  The recipe on the side of the pumpkin puree can has always baked well and been a hit with friends.  Grab the recipe here from Libby's.

PUMPKIN SUGAR COOKIES
If you want an easy pumpkin-inspired desert but aren't a fan of pies, this pumpkin sugar cookie is the way to go.  With or without the cinnamon cream cheese icing they're sure to be delicious.  Cooking Classy has created a great pumpkin sugar cookie recipe, including the recipe for the icing.

PUMPKIN HOT CHOCOLATE
A friend once made pumpkin hot chocolate and from then I was completely hooked.  Hot chocolate from scratch is always delicious and rich and adding the pumpkin makes it that much better.  Check out SA Organics for a great from-scratch recipe.  Want the easy version?  You can make your own by spicing up hot chocolate mix with this Good Housekeeping recipe.

PUMPKIN PANCAKES
Craving pumpkin first thing in the morning?  Pumpkin pancakes are a delicious way to start your day feeling fall-inspired.  How to Simplify shares how they're made.

MICROWAVABLE PUMPKIN MUG CAKE
Have a craving for a pumpkin dessert but not much time or patience?  Turn to the infamous mug cake, an easy to make dessert that cooks in the microwave.  You can make your mug cake either from scratch or using a boxed pumpkin cake mix with the help of these recipes from Betty Crocker and The Gunny Sack.

PUMPKIN SPICE LATTE
Last but not least, the infamous pumpkin spice latte.  This drink has been popular in the news recently as many believe the retail version is extremely unhealthy.  By making your own pumpkin spice latte you can ensure that only the best ingredients are used.  Over at Eating Bird Food they share a great recipe for creating your own healthy homemade pumpkin spice latte.

What's your favorite pumpkin flavored treat?
